Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations by Participants

  • All bookings and deposits are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., in the case of major service failure).

  • If you cancel:

    • More than 30 days before the retreat: You may receive a full refund.

    • 14-30 days before: You may receive a 50% refund.

    • Less than 14 days before: No refund is available.

      • If another person is able to take your space on the retreat, then you will receive a 90% refund due to platform fees.

Cancellations by Us

  • If we must cancel the retreat (e.g., due to force majeure, insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat.

  • We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by you (e.g., flights, travel insurance).

Refunds

  • No refunds for digital products are available; this includes Gift Cards.

Australian Consumer Law

  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service, you are entitled to a refund or compensation.
