Cancellations by Participants

All bookings and deposits are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., in the case of major service failure).

If you cancel:

More than 30 days before the retreat: You may receive a full refund.

14-30 days before: You may receive a 50% refund.

Less than 14 days before: No refund is available.

If another person is able to take your space on the retreat, then you will receive a 90% refund due to platform fees.

Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel the retreat (e.g., due to force majeure, insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat.

We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by you (e.g., flights, travel insurance).

Refunds

No refunds for digital products are available; this includes Gift Cards.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service, you are entitled to a refund or compensation.
