Terms and Conditions (Retreat Bookings)

 

Booking Process

  • Bookings are made via our website or directly by contacting us.

  • All monies must be paid up front to secure your booking, unless otherwise arranged with Leah Kearney separately.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and you receive written confirmation from us via email.

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Australian dollars

  • Payment can be made via Stripe, PayPal or Direct Deposit on request.

Inclusions and Exclusions

  • The retreat fee includes: accommodation, meals, facilitator, materials, venue.

  • Exclusions: travel to/from the retreat location. You may also have options to buy extra services like a massage.

Participant Obligations

  • You must disclose any health or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

  • You are responsible for your own travel insurance and medical needs.

  • You confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in the retreat.

  • Conduct: we reserve the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate, unafe or disrespectful behaviour.

Changes and Cancellations by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient numbers, force majeure).

  • If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat.

  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel expenses).

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the retreat, except where caused by our negligence.

Media Consent

  • We may take photos or videos during the retreats for future promotion. Please advise us in writing if you do not wish to appear in any images.

Privacy

  • All personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Insurance

  • We recommend all participants have appropriate personal insurance cover.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
