A Day to Retreat, Rest, and Reconnect with Jesus

This day retreat offers a simple, spacious rhythm designed to help you slow down and listen deeply. It’s a gentle invitation to step away from hurry and create room for God.
What the day includes: You’ll begin with a morning fast from food, speaking, and technology, arriving having already started your fast at home. After a warm welcome from Leah, you’ll move straight into extended silence and solitude. The day is fully facilitated, and you’ll receive beautifully prepared materials to guide your time—use them as much or as little as you like.
At 1 pm, we gather to break our fast with a nourishing shared lunch. The retreat concludes around 2 pm, leaving you refreshed and grounded for the rest of your weekend.
