Come away for a weekend of rest. Rest that is more than sleep, but something that will fill you up in places you didn't know were empty. Jesus promises us 'rest' when we take on his yoke. This weekend, we will remind ourselves what that can look and feel like as we delve into spiritual rhythms.

About The Event
The following is an example of a weekend schedule. Each weekend is slightly different in flow, content and spiritual disciplines explored. Some weekends have a different emphasis; that way, you can attend each one throughout the year without them feeling too similar.

FRIDAY:
Friday afternoon, you can arrive anytime from 6 pm at the venue. Dinner will be served at 7 pm, and then the evening will be spent meeting the others and outlining what the weekend will be about, plus some downtime for the evening.
SATURDAY:
The following is a suggested flow for the day; if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, we suggest that you consult with your GP before fasting.
(We can potentially start the day at the Penninsula Hot Springs for their 6 am bathing-only session for 1hr.)
Saturday is a day of fasting. We will skip breakfast (& lunch later in the day) and meet together to start the day with God's word and encouragement. We will then enter our time of fasting. The suggested fast is from food (not liquids), technology and speaking. We aim to create a space without distraction and hone our connection to Jesus.
There will be guided material should you wish to use it. Otherwise, you are free to move about as you wish during this time. It's also OK to nap, I know many of us are tired.
Massages will be available on-site throughout the day.
Mid-afternoon, we will gather to break our fast with worship, sharing, and some light refreshments.
The afternoon is then free time to explore nature, go for a walk, read a book or hang out with the other ladies.
Dinner will be served in the evening with wine and dessert.Â
SUNDAY:
Your belongings are packed prior to breakfast.
Sunday will see us breakfast together and then share a meaningful session to reflect on what Jesus has shown us over the weekend.
Check-out from our accommodation is at 10 am.
There are many beautiful things in the Mornington Penninsula to engage with, and I would encourage you to take your time getting home.Â

This ticket gives you the Master bedroom and ensuite for the weekend. (Only one ticket is available). It includes accommodation, catering, retreat resources and a 50min massage. You can share this room with a friend if you want to share the bed. In this case, the cost will be $650pp
