Come away for a weekend of rest. Rest that is more than sleep, but something that will fill you up in places you didn't know were empty. Jesus promises us 'rest' when we take on his yoke. This weekend, we will remind ourselves what that can look and feel like as we delve into spiritual rhythms.

About The Event
The following is an example of a weekend schedule. Each weekend is slightly different in flow, content and spiritual disciplines explored. Some weekends have a different emphasis, so you can attend each one throughout the year without them feeling too similar.
FRIDAY:
Friday afternoon, you can arrive anytime from 6 pm at the venue. You will be welcomed with supper on arrival. The evening will be spent meeting the others and outlining what the weekend will be about, plus some downtime for the evening.
SATURDAY:
The following is a suggested flow for the day; if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, we recommend you consult your GP before fasting.

This ticket includes accommodation in a private room, all meals, snacks and drinks. It also includes any resources provided for any sessions.

This ticket covers accommodation for Sat night only in a shared or private room (depending on availability). The retreat session, catering and resources. You arrive at 8 am Saturday and leave at the end of the retreat on Sunday after morning tea.

This ticket is for Saturday only of the retreat and includes catering after the fasting element of the day, and resources used on the day. No accommodation included. Arrive by 8:30am and you can leave anytime throughout the day that works for you. The Saturday is dedicated to a few disciplines. We start the day with worship, prayer and fasting. Fasting from food, technology and speaking until mid afternoon. Celebration dinner follows at 7pm. It's the best!
