We will be heading out to a lake location to exercise some of our spiritual disciplines. Fasting, solitude and prayer. There will be guided meditation as we do a forest walk and resources to work through should you wish to use them.

About The Event
We will meet up at 10am at Emerald Lake car park to pray and explain how the day could look. Each of us will have 2.5hrs of solitude time, meeting back up at 12:30pm for lunch at the Scented Garden Cafe in Croydon North (if desired) to share our experiences and pray for one another as we break our fast.
We will aim to be wrapped up by 2pm so that school pick ups can be achieved.
Note:
- BYO hat, mat/cushion, water and snacks if you're not fasting for the morning.
- If you are fasting, please omit breakfast and we will break our fast at lunch.
- Bring bible, notebook, pen, creative materials if you like to sketch or colour, or instrument if you like to play.
- As we are fasting technology for the morning, please bring a paper bible, as your phone will be off.
