The Retreat Leadership Intensive
I’m piloting a small leadership cohort for Christian women who feel called to create retreat spaces in their own context.
Over the past few years, I’ve developed and refined a retreat rhythm that is spiritually grounded, structurally clear, and financially sustainable. I’m now opening a limited cohort for women who want to design and lead retreats with depth, clarity and confidence.
This is not a casual workshop.
It’s formation-level mentoring for women who sense a call to hold sacred space for others.
Who This Is For
This intensive is designed for:
• Women in church leadership who want to run retreats well
• Christian women exploring independent retreat ministry
• Women who feel called to create space for others but don’t know where to begin
• Leaders who want sustainable models, not burnout
You don’t need to have run a retreat before.
But you do need to feel genuinely called to lead.
What We’ll Cover
The cohort will walk through a structured framework for designing and leading retreats, including:
• The theology and philosophy of retreat
• Crafting a clear weekend rhythm
• Leading silence and fasting safely
• Teaching without over-teaching
• Designing embodied reflection
• Re-entry and integration
• Pricing and financial sustainability
• Filling seats without pressure
• Building repeat attendance
This will be practical, strategic and spiritually grounded.
Format
• 8-week live cohort
• Weekly Zoom sessions (school hours, AEST)
• Limited to 6–8 women
• Templates and frameworks included
• Replays available
Planned launch: Mid-year 2026.
Why I’m Running This
After 20+ years in Christian NFP leadership, a Masters in Leadership, and years of mentoring and retreat facilitation, I’ve seen the need for Christian women to lead retreat spaces that are both spiritually rich and operationally sustainable.
This intensive is designed to multiply healthy retreat leadership — without burnout.
